Snow shoe hiking

The Gosautal and its surroundings are known for snowy winters and unique winter landscapes. Long ago, snowshoes were used to make walking in the snow easier. The material has of course developed further and so you can also go on hikes with Betty and her team in winter.

The participants can decide for themselves how long they want to hike. Possible are:

  • Day tours
  • Taster tours
  • Tours for clubs, schools, families, groups and individuals
  • Individual tours – put together according to your wishes

Cross country skiing

You glide through a snow-covered winter landscape and enjoy the breathtaking Alpine panorama. Cross-country skiing in Gosau is more than just an endurance sport. The beautiful mountain landscape, the clear air and the wintry silence make the numerous cross-country ski trails a sensual experience. Pure moments of happiness. All routes are groomed daily and are available for you to use free of charge. The entrances to the cross-country ski trails can be easily reached on foot, by bus or by car.

Horse-drawn sleigh rides

Enjoy the snowy winter landscape in a fun ride on a horse-drawn carriage. Your breath is steaming, the blankets are warm. It feels so good to breathe the fresh air.
