We adhere to the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry as follows: cancellation is free of charge up to 3 months before arrival; 3-1 month before arrival 40% of the travel price, 1 month – 1 week before arrival 70% of the travel price; in the last week 90% of the travel price and in the case of early departure or no show 100% of the booking value.

Travel insurance protection: We know from experience that despite all the joy of vacation, something unexpected can come up. To save you hassle and cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance from European Travel Insurance AG.

  • In the bathroom you will find fresh towels and a hairdryer.
  • If you require fresh towels for stays of 5 nights or more, please let us know and you will receive fresh ones.
  • Each bedroom has a large, comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. We can provide baby travel cots.
  • Each apartment includes a combined living-dining area with an inviting dining area and a comfortable sofa bed for relaxation and TV use.
  • Apartments 1 and 2 have a panoramic view
  • If you wish, you can book a balanced breakfast buffet at the Gasthof Gosauschmied, just a 5-minute walk away (please reserve breakfast in advance).

The final cleaning for each apartment is listed in the offer and in the booking confirmation.
