Our flats are furnished to a very high standard and with great attention to detail.

At the end of the Gosau valley – near the Gosausee lake and the cable car – the new flats invite you to leave everyday life behind and recharge your batteries.

With enough space for 4-6 people, nothing stands in the way of a family holiday or a cosy getaway with friends.

On the edge of the centre of Gosau am Dachstein, in the beautiful Salzkammergut, enjoy the view of the greenery and the Gosaukamm.

A smile on your face and the good feeling of having arrived.

Location

Everything in walking distance.

  • Only a few minutes from the bus station.
  • Hornspitz” valley station approx. 1.5 km Panoramajet approx. 1 km away. Can be reached free of charge by ski bus in winter.
  • Dachstein West, the largest ski area in Upper Austria, offers a total of 160 km of slopes and connects the villages of Annaberg, Russbach and Gosau. The ski area is suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers.
  • Access to the cross-country skiing trail is in the immediate vicinity of our flats.
  • Toboggan run within walking distance.
  • Snowshoe hiking.

In summer, not only families but also all sports and nature enthusiasts get their money’s worth.

Apartment 1

76m² – 2 bedrooms – 1 bathroom-max. 4 persons

The flat is on the 1st floor and has 4 rooms and a 20m² terrace. Two cosy bedrooms, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom with shower and bathtub invite you to stay.

In one bedroom there is a double pull-out couch, TV sets can be found in the bedroom and in the living room.

In the fully equipped kitchen there is an espresso machine (10 capsules incl.), kettle, tea towels and cleaning supplies. Any food (incl. spices) must be brought by yourself for hygienic reasons. Free parking for two cars and free Wi-Fi are included.

Apartment 2

82 m² – 2 bedrooms – 2 bathrooms-max. 6 persons

The flat is located on the 2nd floor and has 5 rooms and an 18m² balcony. Two cosy bedrooms, a kitchen-living room and two bathrooms with shower and bathtub invite you to stay.

In one bedroom there is a double pull-out couch, TV sets can be found in the bedroom and in the living room. In the fully equipped kitchen there is an espresso machine (10 capsules incl.), kettle, tea towels and cleaning supplies.

Any food (incl. spices) must be brought by yourself for hygienic reasons.  Free parking for two cars and free Wi-Fi are included.

Sauna and Outdoor-Whirlpool

Vacation means time to relax. What could be nicer than relaxing in the warm water of the outdoor whirlpool? In addition, our sauna and relaxation room invite you to completely switch off and revitalize your body and mind. Treat yourself to a well-deserved break and enjoy the best that our apartments have to offer: pure relaxation in the middle of nature.

Conditions / extras for all apartments

We offer you these services:

  • In the bathroom you will find fresh towels and a hairdryer. Toilet paper will be provided in every toilet upon arrival.
  • Afterwards, we ask you to use your own toilet paper.
  • If you require fresh towels for stays of 5 nights or more, please let us know and you will receive fresh ones.
  • Each bedroom has a large, comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. We can provide baby travel cots.
  • Each apartment includes a combined living-dining area with an inviting dining area and a comfortable sofa bed for relaxation and TV use.
  • Apartments 1 and 2 have a panoramic view
  • If you wish, you can book a balanced breakfast buffet at the Gasthof Gosauschmied, just a 5-minute walk away (please reserve breakfast in advance).

The final cleaning for each apartment is listed in the offer and in the booking confirmation.

A tourist tax of €3.00 per person/night applies (from the age of 15)
